Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. If an item is defective, email photos and a description of the defect to contact@thewanderingjunkie.com within 30 days of purchase to receive complimentary repair service.

Items damaged during shipping are not the responsibility of The Wandering Junkie. Shipping insurance can be added to any order for an additional fee. Insurance claims with the shipper are the responsibility of the client.

Some items may be sold at a reduced price due to cosmetic defects, which will be denoted in the item listing. No further discounts or complimentary repairs will be offered for these items.

After 30 days, any damage to the item will be considered normal wear and tear and will incur a repair fee.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for any reason.

Shipping for Repairs

Shipping for repair services will be the responsibility of the client in both directions. If the bag has been deemed defective, and qualifies for complimentary repair service, shipping will be paid by The Wandering Junkie in both directions.
